The process of improving as a quarterback should be simple and easy. You should not need to work with a Coach for 3-4 years in order to start seeing improvements. These improvements should happen immediately. Here's why we get amazing results fast.
UNLIMITED BREAKDOWNS: I used to put a limit on how many breakdowns you can get when joining the program but I have improved my process to give you the opportunity to send in as many videos as you can. The most important part about this program to me, is your improvement so if you have any questions about your mechanics I want you to send in video so I can make corrections. In order for you to improve you need consistent coaching and this program gives it to you.
QUARTERBACK SPECIFIC PROGRAM: In order to improve as a quarterback you need to focus on building the right strength, power and range of motion specific to quarterbacks. Many people overlook the important of the critical musculature needed to throw the ball with more velocity without getting more soreness or injury. The thing I tell quarterbacks all the time is the amount of force the arm will be able to generate is limited to what it can decelerate. To improve arm strength you must strengthen the rotator cuff which primary job is to slow down the arm after release.
PERSONALIZED DRILLS/EXERCISES: When sending in video of yourself throwing it is paramount to get some drills and exercises to help make the correction. As part of the program you will also get specific drills/exercises to make sure you are making improvements in your mechanics.
MINDSET/COVERAGES: The preparation as a quarterback is critical for performance. We have all seen quarterbacks who have strong arms but are not able to put it all together on the field. This is because of what is going on between the ears. As a quarterback, you have to be prepared for a variety of different scenarios when you step on the field. The goal of the defense is to confuse you and force you into bad decisions whether it is throwing to the wrong receiver, holding the ball too long, making bad checks, etc. In order to excel as a quarterback you must have this mental part of the game down which is why it is included in the program.
