WHY OUR PROGRAM WORKS
CONSISTENCY: I don't know if you know much about me but one thing that I am is consistent. Daily posting videos and showing up to help athletes all over the world improve their performance. As an athlete we have a lot going on and it is hard to stay consistently engaged which is why I think having a consistent program helps seeing measurable results. Our program is designed to improve different parts of your game over the course of the week every week for the entirety of the 12 weeks.
THROWING BREAKDOWNS: These are the most important and most valuable part of the program. Whether you are trying to improve throwing power, velocity, accuracy, release time or a little bit of everything. We do specific breakdowns to go in depth into your current performance and how you can make improvements through workouts, drills and throwing practice to make big improvements in your throw. To give an example we get many quarterbacks throwing between 35-45 yards when starting the programming and are throwing 55+ after 3 months. On average it is a 25% improvement in performance.
QUARTERBACK TRAINING: The role of a quarterback is constantly evolving and the reality is the quarterback is many times the best athlete on the team or at the very least one of the best athletes. So training should be tailored towards maximizing athletic potential and applying that to the quarterback position. In order to do that we made our training plan full of workouts that improve shoulder strength/range of motion, jumping, speed, agility, acceleration/deceleration, core strength and more. The combination of improving your body as well as your mechanics is critical to get massive success this offseason.
INDIVIDUAL DRILLS: When sending in video of yourself throwing it is paramount to get some drills and exercises to help make adjustments and improvements. These will be included with your breakdowns as well as the option to set up zoom sessions to ask any questions you may have about the mechanics. The key part of making improvements to your mechanics will be the repetition that you put into the drills.
MINDSET/COVERAGES: The preparation as a quarterback is critical for performance. We have all seen quarterbacks who have strong arms but are not able to put it all together on the field. This is because of what is going on between the ears. As a quarterback, you have to be prepared for a variety of different scenarios when you step on the field. The goal of the defense is to confuse you and force you into bad decisions whether it is throwing to the wrong receiver, holding the ball too long, making bad checks, etc. In order to excel as a quarterback you must have this mental part of the game down which is why it is included in the program.
